The personalized client portal allows you to easily share with your consultant a clear and actionable summary of their BaZi chart.

Portal Access

The portal link is accessible via the globe icon, located to the right of the consultant's name on their BaZi chart, near the settings.

👉 You can transmit this link directly to your consultant via email.

Data Privacy

Since the portal is accessible via an open link, certain information is intentionally limited:

• the consultant's name is hidden
• only the first letter of their family name is displayed

👉 This measure protects personal data while maintaining sufficient identification for the consultant.

Portal Content

The portal contains the main data from the chart:

• The 4 Pillars of BaZi
• The current luck pillar
• The profile and strength of the Day Master
• Dr. Yao's table, with integration of temporal influences
• The personalized calendar (year, month, days)
• Personalized recommendations

👉 The goal is to provide a synthetic, understandable, and directly useful reading for the consultant.

Portal Customization

For reliable and tailored display:

• Enter the consultant's city of residence in their settings (pencil icon). They can also enter it directly below their name.

👉 This allows:

• adjustment of true solar hours
• improved precision of temporal calculations

Customization of Practitioner Information

Remember to complete your general settings:

• first and last name
• professional title
• clinic address
• phone
• appointment booking link

👉 This information appears at the top of the client portal and facilitates the consultant in getting back in touch.

Reading Temporal Influences

In the personalized calendar, certain months appear with visual indicators (green / red).

👉 Interpretation:

• green: generally favorable period
• red: potentially more sensitive or imbalanced period

✔️ This information allows:

• anticipation of certain periods
• offering preventive or targeted support

Personalized Recommendations and Useful God (用神 yòng shén)

The recommendations displayed in the portal are based on the Useful God (用神 yòng shén), defined in the Chart Structure and Useful God section.

You can:

• keep the automatic calculation
• or adjust it according to your clinical analysis

Logic for Interpreting the Useful God (reminder)

The Useful God (用神 yòng shén) corresponds to the element that allows rebalancing the energetic dynamics of the BaZi chart. It is determined primarily based on the strength of the Day Master.

Fundamental Principle

The goal is not to systematically strengthen the chart, but to correct its imbalances.

Cases

Strong Day Master — 👉 The system is already in excess → it is best to avoid strengthening it further. ✔️ Generally, we prioritize:

• production elements
• wealth elements
• power elements

Weak Day Master — 👉 The system lacks support. ✔️ We prioritize:

• companions (比劫 bǐ jié)
• resources (印 yìn)

Point of Caution

👉 This logic constitutes a working basis, but must always be refined according to:

• the structure of the chart
• interactions between stems and branches
• climatic conditions (cold, heat, humidity, etc.)
