Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all paid services offered by AcuBazi, published by IWCorp.

Legal Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at [email protected] with your name, email address, and subscription date.

Refund Conditions

Eligible: unused subscriptions, credit purchases, additional paid services.

Not eligible: already consumed services, promotional subscriptions, promotional offers.

For partial use, refunds are prorated based on unused days (monthly), months (annual), or credits.

Exceptional Refunds

In case of major service malfunction (>48h), you can request a partial refund or free extension. Dissatisfaction requests are studied case-by-case (less than 20% usage, within 30 days).

Refund Process

Acknowledgment within 48 business hours, review in 5–10 business days, refund in 7–14 business days. Refunds use the original payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Special Cases

Billing errors are refunded automatically. For unauthorized charges, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, in accordance with French law.
