The AcuBazi service (hereinafter "the Service") is a Chinese energetics calculation web application developed by IWCorp (hereinafter "we", "our" or "the Company"). The Service allows users to calculate their Bazi chart (Ba Zi) by converting civil time to local solar time for accurate analyses.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Service Features

Our Service offers:

• Automatic conversion from civil time to solar time
• Integration with Google Places for precise geolocation
• Chinese energetics analyses and interpretations
• Navigation between different time periods

4. User Registration and Account

The Service provides Bazi calculations and analyses for entertainment and personal development purposes. The results do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.

8.2 Warranty Limitation

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of calculations.

8.3 Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service during the last 12 months, not exceeding 100 euros.

9. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers different tiers, some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged according to the chosen frequency and include applicable taxes. In accordance with our refund policy, you have a right of withdrawal according to applicable legal conditions.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these ToS.

11. Modifications to ToS

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lyon.
