AcuBazi Settings

Once your account has been created — either via your email address or directly through your Gmail account — you can proceed with configuring the software.

To do so:

👉 Click on the Settings icon (gear wheel) located at the top right of the site.

Account Information

You will access a section dedicated to your professional information.

It is recommended to fill in the following fields:

• First and last name
• Professional title
• Phone number
• Practice address
• Professional photo
• URL of your online booking system (if applicable)

Why is this information important?

These details are visible on your client portal.

Concretely:

• They appear at the top of the consultant-facing interface
• They facilitate appointment booking
• They strengthen your professional credibility and visibility

Practice Location

The field relating to your practice location (enter your city) is particularly important.

Impact on Calculations

Entering this data allows the software to:

• Calculate the true local solar time
• Adjust temporal data based on your location

These parameters are notably used in:

• The Dr. Yao chart
• The addition of temporal influences
• Analysis based on the date and time of the session

Practical Application

Thanks to this setting, you automatically obtain:

• Calculations adapted to your geographical position
• Precise data for chrono-acupuncture

The "clock" icon located in the top right menu of "My BaZi" requires the practice location to be filled in, so as to immediately display — in a pop-up window — the chrono-puncture points and puncture contraindications for the day.
